Campbellwicks Interiors Ltd Business Terms & Conditions

All orders are accepted subject to our Standard Conditions of Sale reproduced below which apply to and govern all contracts, quotations, sales, supplies and deliveries of goods, materials, services and other products by Campbellwicks Interiors Ltd (hereinafter called “the vendor”) and or its representatives to any individual Firm, Company or other person (hereinafter called ”the Buyer”) and of all or any other conditions, warranties or terms otherwise implied or expressed.

The giving of an order by the Buyer to the Vendor for any product shall constitute an unqualified acceptance by the Buyer that if the Vendor accepts the order, sale supply or delivery of such products by the vendor will be governed solely by these Conditions of Sale. No variation of these Conditions of Sale and no oral stipulations or representations shall be binding on the vendor, unless expressly agreed to in writing and signed by a Director of Campbellwicks Interiors Ltd.

1: All goods shall remain in the sole ownership of the Vendor until such times as all monies payable by the Buyer have been received by the Vendor.

2: The customer’s attention is drawn to application and usage information relating to the goods, which is available on Product Advice Sheets and Safety Data Sheets that are accessible on the Vendor’s website at www.campbellwicks.co.uk.

3: Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order where there is a material error in the description of the good or the advertised prices.

4: Whilst every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colour of our goods, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the goods on delivery. If in doubt you are advised to examine actual samples of the colour before placing your order.

5: The customer undertakes to accept responsibility for providing safe and sufficient storage facilities for the goods and will indemnify the vendor against any losses, damages or costs arising out of a breach of this condition.

6: Returns, Campbellwicks Interiors Ltd offers the following returns policy:

a: Returns of unopened resaleable items are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund sample pots. Any wallpaper that is retuned must be so within 7 days of receipt.

b: Any customer wishing to exercise this right must notify the vendor in writing at either of the following: Campbellwicks Interiors Unit 12 Tudor Arcade, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1BN or by email to info@campbellwicks.co.uk

c: As a further condition of the right to return, customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the address referred to above within 14 days and within 7 days for wallpaper returns. The goods will be deemed returned when actually received by the vendor at the said address.

d: Goods returned in an unsalable condition will not be refunded.

7: Where goods are delivered to or received by the customer damaged or there is a shortfall, the vendor must be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods. No such claim will be accepted outside of this time limit. Any such re-delivery is subject to the provision by you of such proof of damage or shortfall as we may reasonably require.

8: Orders for Products may not be cancelled or suspended without the Vendors prior written consent. The Buyer shall indemnify the Vendor against any loss incurred wholly or in part by the cancellation or suspension.

9: Any information, whether verbal or in writing of any kind (including on our website), is for guidance only and is given in good faith but without warranty, since skill of application and site conditions are beyond our control. In any event we do not accept any liability whatsoever for the performance or non-performance of any goods beyond the value of those goods, subject to the manufacturers prior approval (for example, we shall not be liable in respect of wasted time or additional costs incurred by any person such as labour or scaffolding costs nor shall we be liable in respect of any alleged consequential losses of any person).

10: Any quoted delivery times are estimates only. Time shall not be of the essence in the delivery of any goods and the vendor shall accept no liability in relation to late delivery beyond the value of the goods in question.

11: Our current free standard delivery offer is available to mainland UK customers (as per our delivery information) only who have ordered on our website or over the telephone.

12: The Vendor and its servants or agents (on whose behalf the Vendor hereby contracts) shall not be liable to the Buyer for loss injury damage or claim consequential or direct or natural of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the execution of this contract or arising out of or in connection with the use of goods supplied by the Vendor save and except where such loss injury damage or claim be occasioned by the negligence of the Vendor or of any employee of the Vendor.

13: These terms and conditions and any claims arising in relation to goods ordered or supplied shall in all respects be governed by English Law and any dispute arising under or in connection with the foregoing shall be for the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
