Delivery Information

 

The majority of our paints, oils and accessories are held in store and we aim to process all orders within 2 days of receiving them.  The website shows items that are available to us, not necessarily items that are on the shelf so please feel free to contact us to check on availability, particularly if it is something you require urgently.  In the event that an item is out of stock, we will contact you by email with an estimated delivery date. COVID-19 

Here we go again! 

Due to the current situation, deliveries from Farrow & Ball are taking a little longer than usual but your order should still be with you between 3 and 7 working days.  We will always keep you updated if your order is delayed for some reason.

Farrow & Ball Wallpaper orders are currently taking between 10 and 21 days as they are printed to order.

We take great care in packing your paint so it gets to you safely but in the unfortunate event that it arrives damaged, please ensure you contact us within 24 hours with photographs of the packaging and tins to enable us to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.  

In the event that your delivery is more urgent please contact us by phone or by email directly and we will do our very best to meet your requirements.

Delivery charges to the following zones are:


DA: £3.50 UP TO £50. FREE DELIVERY OVER £50


DB: £20 upto 20kgs, £0.50 per kg thereafter


DC: £25 upto 20kg £0.50 per kg thereafter


DD: £50 up to 20kgs £0.50 per kg thereafter


 

Packaging

We are very conscious of our impact on the environment and as such we re-use packing from our suppliers where ever possible. All of our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable and our own bubble wrap is biodegradable.

Returns

In the event that you need to return an item to us we will accept it within 14 days of receipt providing that the item is returned to store in its original packaging and condition.  Refunds will be given in full (excluding any postage costs). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund sample pots. We are only able to accept returns of current wallpapers and they must be received within 7 days of your receipt, a restocking fee will be applicable.

PLEASE NOTE: If items are returned in an unsaleable condition, we will not be able to refund them.
